Yoga
The
yoga offered is a combination of Indian and Chinese methods, with
both static and flowing postures and series, breath control and
visualisation.
Through
exercise for loosening and releasing energy blocks, the body
and mind are prepared for the work on postures and sequences that
follow. These are designed for strength and flexibility of the body
and peace of mind.
Dru
Yoga incorporates elements of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, with flowing
sequences of movement as well as Hatha Yoga postures, the practice
of yoga breathing and visualisation, followed by proper relaxation.
With practice, one can become still and meditative both in the postures,
while sitting and in the flowing sequences.
