After experiencing very positive results from reflexology and massage treatment Sara she felt that she would like to train as a therapist.

Sara trained at Lowestoft College in Holistic Therapies and achieved her diplomas and recently completed completed her training in Indian Head Massage.

She joined the team at Wood Farm and now practises Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.

Her thirst to help other has encouraged her to continue her training and is constantly looking for ways to enhance and add to treatments that she is already undertaking.
