Qigong (chee-gung) is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from ancient China. It is the 4000 year old art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, fortify, and circulate the life energy (Qi), induce our relaxation response (the state of deep rest that changes the bodily and emotional responses to stress) and to physically loosen and strengthen the body.
