Kinesiology

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to ask 'yes/no' questions that by-pass conscious awareness. Anything that disturbs a nerve/brain pathway -- whether physical, mental, emotional, food, environmental etc.-- will momentarily weaken a strong muscle, and this reaction can be measured.

Muscle testing provides information that helps a practitioner identify imbalances, select suitable treatment and confirm the body's acceptance of the treatment. Kinesiology can increase energy, relieve physical pain and tension, release emotional stress and discover individual reactions to foods, supplements and much more.

Optimum Health Balance is a Kinesiology system that appears to access the body bio-computer (the 90% of the brain that is not used for conscious functioning) to obtain information. It is based on numerical coding and icons -- symbols of specific problems -- researched by direct questioning of the human bio-computer.

The basic balance monitors physical and vital energy levels. It asks permission to check under the categories physical, chemical, emotional and electro-magnetic. Treatments are mainly energy corrections. Muscle testing can also demonstrate the body's intolerances and allergies.
